A Boston Globe analysis of the health care bill which Democrats are trying to ram through before Christmas illustrates how the legislation is a gigantic tax heist which will further economically cripple Americans already laboring under the worst financial crisis since the great depression.
H.R. 3590 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, which is set to be voted on by the Senate on Christmas Eve, contains a raft of pork barrel and tax hikes. The legislation has not even been read in full by many of the representatives eager to make it the law, including fervent advocate John Kerry.
“While it would take days to read the entire bill, my cursory review of the legislation identified at least 19 tax increases,” writes the Globe’s Jamie Downey.
Chief amongst those tax hikes is the one outlined in Section 1501 – Requirement to maintain minimum essential coverage. Individuals who don’t maintain mandatory health insurance will face an annual tax penalty of $750, an amount set to escalate even higher in future.
Section 9013 reduces the amount that can be deducted as expenses for people incurring significant health costs. This will directly impact the living standards of individuals already struggling under the burden of long-term illnesses.
With income taxes already on the increase to pay for the mass looting of the American taxpayer in the form of the multi-trillion dollar bailout, with the highest rate already increasing by 3.6 percent, a further tax on Medicare will be imposed on individuals making in excess of $200,000 and married couples making over $250,000 under Section 9015.
Had enough yet? But wait there is more. The government will also collect a new 5 percent tax on voluntary cosmetic procedures under Section 9017. Since in other state-run health care systems, such as Canada, “voluntary procedures” is a term also applied to people with life-threatening conditions who sometimes have to wait 18 months to get treatment, the eventual scope of this new tax can only be imagined.
While the new taxes on individuals are bad enough, the penalties imposed on pharmaceutical corporations, health insurers and employers are perhaps worse because the tax hikes will undoubtedly passed on to the general public in the form of higher costs.
Section 9008 imposes an annual fee on branded prescription pharmaceutical manufacturers and importers, which equates to a a $2.3 billion excise tax on the pharmaceutical industry based on market share starting immediately. Prescription drugs, which will not be free for Americans under “free” health care, will soar in cost as a result of this new tax.
Section 9009 imposes a $2 billion excise tax on the medical device industry. This will increase the cost of life-saving technology and equipment, meaning hospitals will buy fewer devices, meaning longer waiting lists for vital treatment and more deaths as a result of these delays.
An annual excise tax of $6.7 billion on health insurance providers under Section 9010 will also jack up prices.
“How can the imposition of $11 billion in excise taxes (section 9008, 9009 and 9010) on the health care industry reduce costs to consumers? Does anyone else suspect these companies will have to pass these costs over to consumers?” writes Downey.
I thought the President said "No new taxes on those families making less than $250,000." What, whoops it slipped. Surly this is a mistake. Either this bill is fake or the President out and out lied. I was led to Christ at the tender age of 5 while sitting on my mother's lap. I was raised in a devout, churchgoing Christian home. I have been in Gospel ministry all of my adult life (I am 57 years old). I have attended or have degrees and/or diplomas from 4 fundamentalist/evangelical colleges or Bible schools. I have been the Senior Pastor of a local Independent Baptist congregation for 34 years and counting. I have spoken in churches and Christian gatherings all over the country. I say all of that simply to provide my Christian credentials (in much the same way that the Apostle Paul provided his Jewish credentials in Philippians 3:5,6). As such, I believe I know something about the attitudes, conduct, philosophy, mindset, etc., of America's Christians. I am not an outsider; I speak as one within the conservative/fundamentalist Christian camp.
As it relates to the rightful understanding of following Christ's instruction that we are to be "salt" and "light" (and what that means for us Americans), and properly rendering to Caesar what is Caesar's and to God what is God's (and knowing the difference), there are basically 2 groups: those who sincerely want to help America maintain its foundational principles and those who, frankly, are too preoccupied (or cowardly) to give much thought to it one way or another. I would say that the first group is slightly larger than the second group. The problem is, among the first group, there is a vast void of understanding regarding exactly how we are to implement and carry forth the principles of Christian liberty--which are the principles upon which America was built, of course.
As I see it, there are two glaring obstacles that keep today's Christians from being truly effectual and influential in helping to restore America's freedoms and founding principles. And let's be honest enough to admit that, for the most part, today's Christians (including our pastors) are ineffective and irrelevant in providing any meaningful solutions to America's many problems. Sadly, more often than not, we are little more than gullible pawns, which wily and wicked politicians use to advance their own nefarious agendas.
Obstacle Number One: America's current generation of Christians has allowed itself to become pathetically ignorant as to the Biblical, Natural Law principles of liberty and government. And when it comes to America's historical principles of self-government and federalism, the ignorance quotient goes up even further.
It is really sad: we Christians (including our Christian pastors) know virtually nothing of real American history, law, government, etc. For example, I'm not sure that we can begin to remotely understand what Thomas Jefferson wrote in the Declaration of Independence if we have not read John Locke's Second Treatise of Government. I'm not sure we can begin to comprehend the American philosophy of government if we have not read George Washington's Farewell Address. Without reading The Federalist Papers, one cannot begin to properly appreciate the US Constitution and the principles upon which it was predicated. Without reading Pastor Jonas Clark, one cannot understand what really happened at Lexington Green and Concord Bridge. Without reading Alexander Stephens' History of the United States, it is doubtful that one can truly understand or appreciate the principles of federalism and State sovereignty. And how many of us have read even one of the above? And this does not even scratch the surface of necessary knowledge.
Let's admit it: today's Christians, for the most part, are operating in a vacuum of truth and understanding. Without a firm grasp of necessary truth, how can we know what to do, who to believe, or how to act?
Accordingly, smooth-talking "conservative" politicians who know how to use religious clichés and terminology to gain our support and votes easily dupe the vast majority of sincere Christians. But it is actually worse than that. We Christians are, for the most part, unwitting contributors to the demise of freedom and rise of oppression in our land.
For example, Americans--including Christian Americans--lost more freedoms under former President George W. Bush than under any President since Lyndon Johnson, or maybe since Franklin Roosevelt. Yet, even today, most evangelical Christians continue to hold Bush in high esteem. They seem to be totally oblivious to the fact that Bush set the table and provided the opportunities for virtually everything that President Barack Obama is currently doing to advance socialism and globalism in our country. For the most part, Christians seemed to never notice that President Bush did almost nothing to change the course and direction set by his predecessor, President Bill Clinton. And liberals are just now beginning to wake up to the reality that, at the executive level, Obama is doing precious little to change the course set by George Bush--including escalating Bush's war (now Obama's war) in the Middle East. Will the American people never awaken to the fact that, for the most part, the only difference between these two parties at the national level is one of degrees, not direction?
At the national level, Democrats want to expand Big Government for the benefit of advancing the Welfare State, while Republicans want to expand Big Government for the benefit of advancing the Warfare State, but both want to expand Big Government. Make no mistake about it: neither major party in Washington, D.C., has any intention of returning America to the constitutional principles of limited government and federalism. But do Christians see this? No, they do not!
For the most part, today's Christians seem to have the attitude that G.O.P. stands for God's Own Party. That the Republican Party in Washington, D.C., is equally culpable for the destruction of liberty and constitutional government never seems to once enter their minds. The sum total of their patriotism seems to be voting Republican, watching Fox News, and paying taxes. The shallowness of today's pastors and Christians is a major obstacle preventing us from doing much of anything that would actually contribute to good government.
Obstacle Number Two: Today's Christians are not willing to support the principles they profess to believe.
I could not count the number of times that a sincere Christian brother or sister has asked me, "What is wrong with my pastor? Why does he refuse to take a stand?" or questions to that effect. Dear Christian Friend, as kindly as I know how to say it, YOU ARE THE PROBLEM.
I ask you, Why should your pastor "take a stand"? Why should he "get involved"? You and all the others of his congregation are more than willing to support his ministry the way it is. You sit under his preaching. You follow his leadership in the church. You give your tithes and offerings to support his vision for God's work.
Look around you. What do you see? You see the Joel Osteen-type churches bulging out at the seams. Churches--where pastors are unwilling to get involved in anything "controversial," where pastors are content to stay completely disengaged from anything that might be deemed "political," and where pastors refuse to even hear the truth of what is really going on--are filled every Sunday. They have the largest crowds, biggest offerings, and most ornate buildings. Why, in the name of common sense, would you expect your pastor to "take a stand" or "get involved"? Why should he? You have--by your support, attendance, and offerings--clearly told him that you like him just the way he is!
Yet, throughout history, it has been pastors and preachers that have led the great civil movements and revolutions--including our own American Revolution. It is no hyperbole to say that without the leadership, courage, and resolve of Colonial America's clergymen, we would still be a Crown colony of England, with no Declaration of Independence, no US Constitution, no Bill of Rights, and little freedom. And, it's not like we do not have the same kind of lionhearted preachers today as we did in days of old, because we do. All across America, there are hundreds of Bible preaching men from virtually every Christian denomination who are more than willing to "take a stand" and "get involved." As an example, go to my Black Regiment list and see the names of over 200 pastors who are out front in the fight for right. The problem is, the vast majority of America's Christians today will not support these stalwart spiritual statesmen.

So, Christian friend, why do you continue to worship under the leadership of a pastor who has no intention of standing in the gap for our country's freedom? Why do you continue to give your tithes and offerings to such a church? It is time for Christians who know and care about what is going on to GET OUT of these spineless churches! If you really believe the principles you profess, how can you continue to deny those principles by staying in a church that has no intention of teaching those principles?
If you cannot find a patriot-pastor of your denomination, look for one outside your denomination. I would rather worship with a man with whom I disagree on secondary doctrines (but who is firm on the fundamentals, of course), but who is willing to stand for truth and freedom, than worship with a man of my preferred denomination, but who will do nothing to confront the evils that are currently destroying our republic.
Good grief! We have thousands of evangelical pastors who are willing to follow a man such as Rick Warren; a man who has become a partner with one of the most devilish and sinister organizations in the world--an organization that is actively working against the principles of freedom and independence, and in support of the principles of globalism and universalism: the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).
Remember, it was Rear Admiral Chester Ward, former Judge Advocate General of the Navy, who rightly said, "The main purpose of the Council on Foreign Relations is promoting the disarmament of U.S. sovereignty and national independence and submergence into an all-powerful, one world government." Most Christians readily discern any attempt at global government to be "of the devil." Yet, Rick Warren is now an active member of the one organization whose major claim to fame is its incessant promotion of globalism.
How can any sincere Christian who is even remotely aware of what is going on--and who truly cares about the preservation of freedom--follow any pastor who follows someone such as Rick Warren? Yet, the Warren-type churches are flourishing all over America; and, at the same time, many of those congregants complain that their pastor is not "taking a stand."
So, why don't YOU take a stand by GETTING OUT of these soft, straddling, sugary, superficial, shallow, saltless churches?
It is infinitely more important that you be in a church that preaches the truth and takes a stand than that your teens attend "the most exciting youth program," or that your kids are in one of these glorified playgrounds (called "children's ministries") so they can play games and stay entertained, or that your church has a softball team, or that it has the prettiest buildings, or that it has music you think is "just right," or that it is the "premier church in town" for social gatherings or business contacts.
If you live near Phoenix, Arizona, why not attend Pastor Coleman's church, 35th Avenue Baptist Church? If you live near Three Rivers, California, why not attend The Church of Kaweah, which is pastored by Warren Mark Campbell? If you live near Fort Myers, Florida, why not support Pastor James Riddle at Morningstar Baptist Church? If you live near Savannah, Georgia, why not support Pastor John Weaver's Dominion Ministry? If you live near Ocean Springs, Mississippi, why not help Pastor John Mayfield's Chapel of Faith? If you live near Kalispell, Montana, why not support Pastor Jim Huff and Bible Presbyterian Church? If you live near Omaha, Nebraska, why not support Pastor Phillip Kayser and Dominion Covenant Church? If you live in the Oklahoma City area why not help Pastor Jason Murphy at New Life Church in Collinsville, or Pastor Paul Blair at Fairview Baptist Church in Edmond, or Dr. Steve Kern and Olivet Baptist Church in Oklahoma City? If you live near Greenville, South Carolina, why not help Pastor Tony Romo at South Pointe Baptist Church in Pelzer, or Pastor Mark Dibler at Bible Baptist Church in Pickens. If you live near Madisonville/Athens/Etowah, Tennessee, why not support Pastor Jim Headings at the Piney Grove Community Church in Englewood? Daniel New has a home church in Hamilton County, Texas. Imagine what could happen if Black Regiment-type churches were the largest churches in a majority of the great metropolises throughout America?
I say again (as kindly as I know how): if you stay in, support, attend, and give your offerings to these churches that are pastored by men who will not take a stand, YOU ARE THE PROBLEM.
And though I would prefer that everyone have a local church they could support in good conscience, there are hundreds of people across America who, because they cannot find such a church, worship online with me and my church every Sunday morning, as we Livestream our service. We do this specifically for those who cannot find a church that will take a stand in their area.

If Christians today are to regain any semblance of relevancy in preserving America's liberties, they must do two things: (1) immediately become acquainted with the foundational principles that created this country, and (2) get serious about supporting only those churches and ministries that truly know what's going on and are willing to courageously stand in the gap. Anything short of this is pious-sounding rhetoric. And rhetoric will do nothing to help us--not now, anyway.

By now, most readers are familiar with the story of how a Virginia couple, Michaele and Tareq Salahi, crashed the White House State Dinner last Tuesday evening. President and Mrs. Obama were entertaining Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in the first official State Dinner of the new administration. The Salahis were not on the invited guest list, but were still allowed to walk right into the White House. They even had face-to-face conversations with both President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden. Photographs of the Salahis with the President and Vice President have been published in numerous newspapers and on hundreds of web sites.
I wonder if the American people are thinking this episode through? Think of it: in the post-9/11 world, a world that has invented the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), body scanners, retina readers, the Patriot Act, hundreds of laws and regulations restricting the freedoms and liberties of the American people, thousands of cameras photographing our public movements, and satellite spy devices, a couple can walk right into the White House and meet the President and Vice President without being invited!
Is there something wrong with this picture, or what?
I well remember what I had to go through when I was an invited guest of then-Vice President George H. W. Bush at the White House. My wife and I joined several others for a luncheon with Vice President Bush and his wife, Barbara. Later that day, we were in a crowd of several hundred who got to meet President Ronald Reagan. Needless to say, security was tight.
Upon arriving, we had to show the proper credentials to White House security, along with a photo ID and the personal invitation that had been sent to us ahead of time. I remember how some of the folks who had actually received invitations were denied entrance due to bureaucratic mix-ups or unintentional lapses in proper protocols. And these were people who really did have an invitation to be there. I can tell you this: there was absolutely no way that an uninvited person could have gained access to the White House that day. And remember: that was nearly two decades BEFORE 9/11!
That an uninvited couple could be granted access to the President and Vice President in this day and time is more than a "fluke." It betrays something much deeper.
For the last 8 years, the American people have been told they must sacrifice certain liberties in order that the federal government might protect them. And for the most part, the American people have been happy to accommodate this incessant intrusion into their personal liberties. They know the feds are monitoring their emails, personal phone conversations, and even their personal letters when received from overseas. They have sat silently as their banking institutions have monitored and reported virtually any and all financial transactions to the federal government. In today's super-security world, one cannot even cash a check without showing the bank teller his or her driver's license, which is recorded and made available to the feds. Sometimes, we are even required to provide our thumbprints. Beyond that, even certain service personnel that must come into our homes to provide in-home repair services, home inspections, or general services are often required to report what they see to various law enforcement authorities. All of this is done in the name of "national security."
All the while, America's federal buildings today more resemble castles of ancient Europe than they do buildings that house the people's servants. Concrete barriers along with super-reinforced, "bomb proof" structures remind one of castles of old, with their guard towers and crocodile-filled moats. Today, people must walk through metal-detectors and surrender their pocketknives to even visit their local supervisor of elections office (or just about any other public office, for that matter). Again, this is all done under the rubric of "homeland security."
In the name of "national security," veterans who have been accused of some kind of domestic disturbance or who have affirmatively answered an ambiguous question on a VA form regarding whether they have feelings of "anger" or "depression" are having their right to keep and bear arms stripped away. That's right, in the name of "homeland security," some of the very men who were entrusted with lethal weapons to fight America's wars are now being told they are not fit to purchase or possess their own firearms.
Yet, in spite of all of the above, an uninvited couple is allowed to calmly walk right past Secret Service personnel and have personal audiences with the President and Vice President of the United States in what is ostensibly the most heavily-guarded, tightly secured building in the country: the White House.
Furthermore, this story comes on the heels of the mass shooting on what one would think would be a rather secure location: the US Army base at Fort Hood, Texas. And, have we forgotten the fellow who brought a gun into the Capitol Building (the home of the US Congress) in Washington, D.C., a few years ago and killed two police officers?
Dear Reader, ask yourself this question, Do you really think those schmucks in Washington, D.C., actually believe that protecting you and me is more important than protecting American soldiers, US congressmen, and especially the President of the United States? "Are you serious?" (To quote Nancy Pelosi.) The truth is, to the elites in DC, you and I are expendable commodities. In fact, to some of the soulless creatures running things, you and I are worth more dead than alive (but that's a topic better discussed at a later date).
The point is, all this talk about "national security" is simply a ruse for Big Government elitists to steal our liberties and make slaves out of us. They don't care about security; all they care about is POWER.
So, the next time you are required to be strip-searched by an airport screener, or to surrender your pocketknife at your local county commissioner's office, or to show your driver's license to your bank teller, or to submit to a random police checkpoint; the next time you make a phone call that you know is monitored by a federal agent (and they all are), or drive under a video camera, or visit these castle-esque federal buildings, remember Michaele and Tareq Salahi. And, if you are old enough, remember the time in America when we really were the "land of the free." And also remember that it's not security they seek--it's the abolition of our liberty.

Billionaire George Soros believes a “bloodletting” may be in the offing for leveraged buyout firms (LBOs) and commercial real estate investors amid the worst economy in seven decades.
“In commercial real estate and leveraged buyouts, the bloodletting is yet to come,” Soros said in a speech in Europe, reported by Bloomberg News.
“These factors will continue to weigh on the American economy, and the American consumer will no longer be able to serve as the motor for the world economy.”
Bankers across the globe have accounted for $1.66 trillion of write downs and write-offs on bad loans since the start of the credit crisis in 2007.
Moody’s Investors Service reports that the global speculative default rate will peak at 12.5 percent this quarter as the U.S. and European economies struggle. The rate rose to 12 percent in the third quarter, up from 2.8 percent a year earlier, Moody’s reports.
That’s nearly 10 percent in just 12 months.
Soros reckons that, given these facts, the global economic recovery is “liable to run out of steam” and that a “double-dip” recession may emerge in 2011.
Others agree that a double-dip recession may hit soon, but for other reasons.
New York Times columnist Paul Krugman, a Nobel Prize winner, says that the double-digit unemployment rate is undermining confidence, and not just in the financial industry.

Katie Couric may be best known for her unflattering interview with Sarah Palin. But her nightly news broadcast this past Monday night may be an indicator that the big liberal media are now turning their guns on Obama.
Couric said on “CBS Evening News” that Americans are growing “disenchanted” with Obama and are openly questioning his credibility.
“Is the honeymoon over?” anchor Couric said at the beginning of her correspondent’s report.
“Although President Obama has been in office less than a year, many Americans are growing disenchanted with his handling of the enormous problems he and the country are facing, from healthcare to unemployment to Afghanistan.
“His poll numbers are sliding, and at least one poll shows his job approval rating has fallen, for the first time, below 50 percent.”
Correspondent Chris Reid chimed in: “The president is getting battered on everything from the economy to foreign policy. Some polls show Americans are increasingly questioning his credibility.”
The report asserted that while Obama talks about dealing with unemployment, which is over 10 percent and expected to rise, he has developed “no new ideas” for dealing with the problem.
CBS also cited a poll showing that only 14 percent of Americans believe Obama’s claim that healthcare reform won’t add to the budget deficit, and only 7 percent believe that the stimulus has created any jobs at all.
The report also criticized the president for being “indecisive” on Afghanistan, and for returning from his recent Asian trip “with little to show for it.”
An expert was quoted as describing his trip as the “amateur hour,” as he did not line up agreements with foreign countries before venturing abroad.
Some fear mongering for the banks to receive another bailout and loot the American people on more time is rearing its ugly head. I am sure they banks are hiding their money cause they are cooking the books. The federal reserve should be audited along with every bank in the country. All fraudulent stuff found needs to be investigated and then someone prosecuted for it. There is a warning at the very end of this article about how any recovery won't be sustained. “People are expecting something great to happen in 2010, and I think they are going to be severely disappointed.” We cannot have a true recovery when jobs are being sucked away from us by the day. The administration claims of a jobless recovery, well only an idiot would believe that. Again my contention is the economy will improve for a very short time and then the rug will be pulled out from underneath us once more. International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn says banks have yet to declare about 50 percent of their losses from the financial crisis.
“It is our view we are still in the situation where a lot of losses haven’t been disclosed,” he said at a conference in London.
“How much is a difficult assessment, but let’s say something which is close to half of it.”
Banks “remain undercapitalized” in many industrialized nations with “far from normal” conditions, Strauss-Kahn said in a speech to the conference.
In September, the IMF estimated banks have $1.5 trillion of bad assets still on their books. It cut its forecast for total global bank writedowns by 15 percent to $3.4 trillion in September, thanks to easing credit conditions and economic recovery.
The IMF said then that U.S. banks have owned up to 60 percent of their losses, beating the 40 percent total in the Eurozone and the United Kingdom.
“Probably a little more has been disclosed in the U.S. and a little less in Europe, but it’s almost half and half,” Strauss-Kahn said. “So, we still have a long way to go.”
Independent bank analyst Meredith Whitney sees plenty of trouble ahead for banks. “The banks are still grossly overvalued,” she told Bloomberg.
“People are expecting something great to happen in 2010, and I think they are going to be severely disappointed.”

Food For Thought From The Chuckwagon My Thanksgiving Prayer By Chuck Baldwin November 24, 2009
That first Thanksgiving in the fall of 1621 saw about 50 Mayflower Pilgrims and 100 native Indians come together for a celebration feast consisting of a variety of homegrown vegetables--including corn, squash, beans, barley, and peas--along with wild turkey and venison. The precise date is not known, but it is believed to have taken place in late October or early November. Historians record that the Massachusetts weather was crisp, but not cold--and the fall foliage dazzled America's newcomers with a cornucopia of color.
These Pilgrims were mostly "Separatists," who had left Europe to seek a land of liberty, where men could be free to worship God according to the dictates of their own conscience--not according to the demands of a State church or an oppressive government. They made their intentions and motivations clear when they signed America's first covenant, a document called The Mayflower Compact:
"We whose names are underwritten . . . Having undertaken, for the Glory of God and advancement of the Christian faith . . ."
This undertaking had prompted them to leave their homes, livelihoods, families, friends, and way of life, and face a dangerous voyage across the Atlantic Ocean. Many became ill and some did not survive to see the new world. But they all believed that they were doing God's will and that He would honor their faith. And He certainly did.
Although the original Pilgrims had a few confrontations with the American Indians--some were even violent--for the most part, the Indians were friendly and accommodating. They taught the Pilgrims what crops to grow and how best to grow them. They helped them understand American agriculture and the ways of the wild game endemic to that part of North America. And by the time they held their first Thanksgiving banquet, the relationship between those original Pilgrims and Massasoit and his small tribe of Indians was one of genuine trust and friendship.
God had, indeed, smiled upon the small band of Pilgrims. They had survived a long, treacherous journey across the ocean, had written the immortal Mayflower Compact, had built their homes and community, had established a civil body-politic, had successfully planted and harvested enough food to keep them through the winter, and had established peaceful relations with the native Indians.
The Pilgrim Thanksgiving may have been the first such celebration, but it was far from the last.
Not long after becoming America's first (and greatest) President, George Washington issued our country's first Thanksgiving Proclamation on October 3, 1789. In the proclamation, Washington wrote:
"Whereas it is the duty of all Nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey his will, to be grateful for his benefits, and humbly to implore his protection and favor . . .
"Now therefore I do recommend and assign Thursday the 26th day of November next to be devoted by the People of these States to the service of that great and glorious Being, who is the beneficent Author of all the good that was, that is, or that will be--That we may then all unite in rendering unto him our sincere and humble thanks--for his kind care and protection of the People of this Country previous to their becoming a Nation--for the signal and manifold mercies, and the favorable interpositions of his Providence which we experienced in the course and conclusion of the late war--for the great degree of tranquility, union, and plenty, which we have since enjoyed--for the peaceable and rational manner, in which we have been enabled to establish constitutions of government for our safety and happiness, and particularly the national One now lately instituted--for the civil and religious liberty with which we are blessed; and the means we have of acquiring and diffusing useful knowledge; and in general for all the great and various favors which he hath been pleased to confer upon us.
"And also that we may then unite in most humbly offering our prayers and supplications to the great Lord and Ruler of Nations and beseech him to pardon our national and other transgressions--to enable us all, whether in public or private stations, to perform our several and relative duties properly and punctually--to render our national government a blessing to all the people, by constantly being a Government of wise, just, and constitutional laws, discreetly and faithfully executed and obeyed--to protect and guide all Sovereigns and Nations (especially such as have shewn kindness unto us) and to bless them with good government, peace, and concord--To promote the knowledge and practice of true religion and virtue, and the increase of science among them and us--and generally to grant unto all Mankind such a degree of temporal prosperity as he alone knows to be best."
Presidents ever since have likewise issued proclamations of thanksgiving exhorting the American people to humbly acknowledge the protection and blessing of Heaven upon our land. It is particularly appropriate that they would do this. After all, we Americans--of all people--have sufficient reason to give corporate thanks to Almighty God, as our Christian forebears founded this land for the express purpose of seeking religious liberty.
The history of the world's nations is largely the story of one despot being replaced with another. Throughout the annals of human history, the story of human government is that of the rise and fall of one empire after another; one king or potentate after another. One dictatorship being replaced with another dictatorship. One form of monarchy replacing another form of monarchy. Some were kinder than others. Some were benevolent. Some were harsh. And some were downright cruel. But until July 4, 1776, there was no such thing as a nation founded on self-government, federalism, and religious liberty.
For the first time in world history, Christian people were granted a land of blessing and hope. In the human sense, America became to Christians what Canaan was to Old Testament Israel. In America, believers could live at peace with both their society and their government. They no longer had to choose between obeying their God and obeying their king. In America, there was no king, but King Jesus. In America, men could truly render unto God that which was God's, as Caesar did not demand for himself that which was God's alone. (In fact, in America, we have no Caesar.) Men no longer had to violate their conscience in order to stay out of jail. Believers were no longer required to worship at the altar of the State or the State Church. In America, men could live free.
I repeat: if anyone has a reason to give corporate thanksgiving unto God, it is the people of the United States.
The common attitudes being displayed by many Christians--along with their spiritual leaders and pastors--today, however, are truly disgusting: apathy, indifference, and lethargy seem to rule the day. I constantly hear things like: "God hasn't called me to get involved in politics," or "I am only called to preach the Gospel," or "Maybe we need to go into persecution," or "It's not my responsibility to save America." All of which exposes their personal cowardice and utter contempt for the sacrifices rendered by their brave ancestors--sacrifices which procured the very blessings of liberty that they now hoggishly wallow in without appreciation or afterthought. And now, when faced with the imminent threat of the loss of the very liberties that they have taken for granted, they glibly reject any personal responsibility to maintain said liberties for their posterity--and pharisaically excuse their miserable conduct with pious-sounding clichés. They even have the wicked audacity to attempt to use the Scripture as an unholy closet in which they might hide--the same Scripture that their forefathers claimed as an illuminating beacon that was used to conquer the darkness of oppression.
I pray that this Thanksgiving season may be a time of both rejoicing and reflection, as well as a time of feasting and fellowship. But may it also be a time of rededication and renewal; a time of determination and decision, that we will each give our whole heart, mind, and strength to the restoration of the principles of freedom and federalism upon which our republic was built. Let us renew the Spirit of '76 in America once more. In the face of whatever danger and challenge that may oppose us, I pray that we will be the ones that will rise up to reclaim the blessings of liberty for our children and our children's children. So help us, Almighty God!

But as we all know anything the government gets its hands on the price tag always is far short of what the true costs will be by at least three times (and that is being conservative). Tomorrow, the House of Representatives will vote on a 2,000 page bill to give the federal government the power to micromanage the health care of every single American. The bill will no doubt pass. It will raise your taxes, steal your freedom, invade your privacy, and ration your health care. Even the Republicans have introduced their version of Obamacare Lite. It, too, if passed, will compel employers to provide coverage, bribe the states to change their court rules, and tell insurance companies whom to insure.
We do not have two political parties in this country, America. We have one party; called the Big Government Party. The Republican wing likes deficits, war, and assaults on civil liberties. The Democratic wing likes wealth transfer, taxes, and assaults on commercial liberties. Both parties like power; and neither is interested in your freedoms. Think about it. Government is the negation of freedom. Freedom is your power and ability to follow your own free will and your own conscience. The government wants you to follow the will of some faceless bureaucrat.
When I recently asked Congressman James Clyburn, the third ranking Democrat in the House, to tell me "Where in the Constitution the federal government is authorized to regulate everyone's healthcare--, he replied that most of what Congress does is not authorized by the Constitution, but they do it anyway. There you have it. Congress recognizes no limits on its power. It doesn't care about the Constitution, it doesn't care about your inalienable rights, it doesn't care about the liberties protected by the Bill of Rights, it doesn't even read the laws it writes.
America, this is not an academic issue. If this health care bill becomes law, life as you have known it, freedom as you have exercised it, privacy as you have enjoyed it, will cease to be.
When Congress takes away our freedoms, they will be gone forever. What will you do to prevent this from happening?

This also makes one wonder now what the underlying reason why our government has not effectively closed the boarders. I guess it would impair their shipment of drugs into our communities and cut the government out of huge profits. Is that not a novel idea, ship drugs into our communities to destroy families, and the government gets no telling how much money of the laundering of money. This is truly a reprobate situation.

It brought with it a sickness of spirit and a reign of terror that threatened to destroy all of Europe, and this was only the first of many such European occurrences that were produced by the behind the scenes maneuvering of the Order of the Illuminati. Hitler’s Third Reich, Mussolini’s Fascist Dictatorship and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, as well as a host of other European and world tyrannical movements, were all brought to fruition by, and as a consequence of, the godless, occultist, humanistic and demonist maneuverings of the Illuminati –now a worldwide satanic endeavor.
Socialism is a means to an end, the mechanism by which a worldwide satanic kingdom will be realized. It is a planned methodology that suppresses human dignity, robs men of their God-given spirit and reduces the human species to an animalistic nature. It is a way for Satan to blaspheme Almighty God and to demean men, both of whom he hates. What better way to blaspheme God than to reduce man, who was created in the image of God to an animalistic nature? It was Satan who worked through his servant Charles Darwin to propagate the lie of evolution, and it was Satan who, through his children of the Illuminati, brought this monumental and monstrous lie to ascendancy, in the hearts and minds of men, over the truths of the Bible. I am often ashamed to be numbered among men, what a perverse lot we are, is it any wonder that God has at times repented in word of His creation of mankind.
A PROPOGATER OF ALL THAT IS EVIL
In 1847 the Illuminati formed the Communist League, and it was the Illuminati that commissioned, a year later, Karl Marx to write the Communist Manifesto. Likewise it was the Illuminati that financed Lenin’s viciously cruel 1917 October Revolution a movement that very nearly brought them to world domination, and it was dear folk the Illuminati that financed the election campaign of the itinerant Kenyon born Marxist usurper that sits in the office of presidency of the United States of America. Via the internet untold millions of dollars of mysterious, illegal and undocumented contributions rolled into his campaign coffers from unidentified corporate and financial Illuminati magnates from the four corners of the world. Socialism is merely the false face of the Marxist Communism that will very shortly conquer the world. In the United States the last vestige of opposition to this satanic system has been swept away. In the plaintive parlance of the backseat child’s question, “Are we there yet?” The answer is, “Yes we are!”
The United States was – notice I have written was – the last bastion of freedom in the world. The Federalists instigated a civil war that provided the gateway into the country that the internationalists had been seeking. During the nineteenth century these had consolidated their control of the central banks throughout Europe, nationalism in Europe was as a matter of reality already dead, a thing of the past. Though Hitler would have denied it he was in fact owned body and soul by the Illuminati and completely under their control, the order was absolutely and entirely responsible for his massive crimes against humanity. The central banks in Europe, being firmly under the control of the Illuminati, used their finance of the monumental war debt of the American Civil War to export their socialistic-communistic control to the new land. They forced congress to pass the “National Banking Act” of 1863, and from that time forth the wealth of the nation has been steadily gathered into the hands of the wealthy few internationalists that now completely control the nation’s economy.
The crowning achievement by the Illuminati, that cinched the delivery of the people of the United States into the hands of the agents for a new world order, came with the founding of the American Federal Reserve System in 1913. The nation’s fiscal future was now in the hands of a privately controlled central bank not controlled by the government, but rather endorsed as the supreme controller of our currency by congressional politicians in a treacherous and traitorous sellout of the people’s sovereignty. With this move the Illuminati now held complete sway over the people’s destiny. Charles Lindberg, Sr. addressed the perfidy of congress with these words: “When the president signs this bill the invisible government of the monetary power will be legalized…the worst crime of the ages is perpetrated by this banking and currency bill.” These are words with which I most heartily concur.
Notice that the recessive economy, that is being currently experienced, has affected only the common people. These have been forced out of the markets, their savings and retirement accounts have been depleted, their homes have been re-possessed, and their jobs have been terminated. Their losses were reflected only briefly by a downturn in the markets into which they had been lured by their own greed and by the tempters of the financial world who offered them wealth without honest endeavor. In truth the moneyed internationalist investors have at a rock bottom prices acquired their assets causing the markets to rebound, but the jobs, homes, savings and tangibles were not regained. That wealth has been transferred from the many unto the few who control their destinies.
It was a manufactured and manipulated crash in every sense of the word, remember control is gained through crisis and fear and absolute control is gained by ever escalating crisis and fear. It is fear that makes people receptive to the intimations of false saviors, be reminded of that when the world seems to be crashing down around your ears and all hell is breaking out, the devil and his minions, both man and spirit, haven’t finished with us just yet, more crisis await and more pseudo saviors stand ready take advantage of your fears.
The politicians who prevail of course should have thwarted all of this and the media moguls that report on the state of being of the nation should have kept us duly informed, either these were monumentally stupid or they are an integral part of the conspiracy, I am firmly in the camp of those who opt for the latter, but do admit that I also endorse the former.
COUNTING DOWN TO THE END
The Club of Rome, founded by the Illuminati in 1968, has divided the world into ten political/economic regions: North America (The United States, Mexico and Canada), Europe, Japan, Australia, Russia, South America, North Africa and the Middle East, Central and Southern Africa, and India and Malaysia/China. This tells me that we are in the very late stages of Biblical prophecy. In Satan’s new world order these regions will be amalgamated into the whole of a world government under the dragon’s iron control.
Even now we are rapidly progressing through the final stages of the end of the age, the world, as we have known it, is dissipating into a new age that will be more terrifying than any other age in the history of mankind. The passing through stage must necessarily be so frightening as to compel a thoroughly terrified people to accept a world government - under Satan, and they will. Before that comes to pass we can expect civil strife, race wars, disease and pestilence, hunger and starvation, and economic conditions so severe as to require worldwide rationing and a control of commerce that will precede the taking of a mark in order to buy or sell, all of which will usher in a third world war that will end with the re-established ascendancy of Europe and the demise of the United States as a world power. This war is not to be confused with the war of all wars that will come at the end of Satan’s reign, a war that unless Christ return to establish His control no flesh would be saved.
Our faith calls us, as believers and followers of Christ, to yield to Him in every way and to carry out his great commission to bring the message of the Gospel to a lost world so that those who believe upon the only Son of God should have eternal life.

Chris Matthews, Democrat operative and former Carter speechwriter, and Mark Potok, director of the fear-mongering Southern Poverty Law Center’s Intelligence Project, ganged up on Stewart Rhodes of the Oath Keepers the other day on MSNBC.
Out of the gate, Matthews tried to portray Rhodes as a gun nut and a rightwing extremist. He characterized Oath Keepers as a “vigilante group” and attempted to connect the organization to the “birthers” and the shooting at the Holocaust museum in Washington by a deranged white supremacist.
Matthews standard tactic is to put words in the mouths of the guests he is assigned to malign and discredit and then allow them a few seconds to respond and defend themselves before interrupting and moving on to the next accusation disguised as a question.
Matthews, a former police officer with the United States Capitol Police, has the interview finesse of a bullying cop interrogator. He accused Rhodes and the Oath Keepers of stockpiling weapons to be used in a plot to attack the federal government.
Rhodes emphatically stated that the Oath Keepers are not organizing people to engage in armed rebellion against the government. Oath Keepers are asking police officers and military personnel to disobey orders that violate the Constitution.
Matthews accused Rhodes and the Oath Keepers of harboring paranoid fantasies about foreign troops on U.S. soil.
In fact, foreign troops have conducted training exercises and other functions with the U.S. government within the United States.

Lord Christopher Monckton recently spoke at an event put on by the Minnesota Free Market Institute, he SHREDDED the whole “Global Warming” theory, he was great! But it was his closing statement that shocked me.
When I started Minnesotan’s For Global Warming, I knew the whole Global Warming theory was a joke. It was easy to make fun of the whole thing, especially with a cooling planet, and to portray Al Gore as a buffoon. Little did I realize that the “Global Warming” theory would be the excuse needed to set up a One World Communistic Government.
Monckton’s Closing Remarks
At the 2009 United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen, this December, weeks away, a treaty will be signed. Your president will sign it. Most of the third world countries will sign it, because they think they’re going to get money out of it. Most of the left-wing regime from the European Union will rubber stamp it. Virtually nobody won’t sign it.
I read that treaty. And what it says is this, that a world government is going to be created. The word “government” actually appears as the first of three purposes of the new entity. The second purpose is the transfer of wealth from the countries of the West to third world countries, in satisfaction of what is called, coyly, “climate debt” – because we’ve been burning CO2 and they haven’t. We’ve been screwing up the climate and they haven’t. And the third purpose of this new entity, this government, is enforcement.
How many of you think that the word “election” or “democracy” or “vote” or “ballot” occurs anywhere in the 200 pages of that treaty? Quite right, it doesn’t appear once. So, at last, the communists who piled out of the Berlin Wall and into the environmental movement, who took over Greenpeace so that my friends who funded it left within a year, because [the communists] captured it – Now the apotheosis as at hand. They are about to impose a communist world government on the world. You have a president who has very strong sympathies with that point of view. He’s going to sign it. He’ll sign anything. He’s a Nobel Peace Prize [winner]; of course he’ll sign it.
And the trouble is this; if that treaty is signed, if your Constitution says that it takes precedence over your Constitution (sic), and you can’t resign from that treaty unless you get agreement from all the other state parties – And because you’ll be the biggest paying country, they’re not going to let you out of it.
So, thank you, America. You were the beacon of freedom to the world. It is a privilege merely to stand on this soil of freedom while it is still free. But, in the next few weeks, unless you stop it, your president will sign your freedom, your democracy, and your humanity away forever. And neither you nor any subsequent government you may elect will have any power whatsoever to take it back. That is how serious it is. I’ve read the treaty. I’ve seen this stuff about [world] government and climate debt and enforcement. They are going to do this to you whether you like it or not.
But I think it is here, here in your great nation, which I so love and I so admire – it is here that perhaps, at this eleventh hour, at the fifty-ninth minute and fifty-ninth second, you will rise up and you will stop your president from signing that dreadful treaty, that purposeless treaty. For there is no problem with climate and, even if there were, an economic treaty does nothing to [help] it.
So I end by saying to you the words that Winston Churchill addressed to your president in the darkest hour before the dawn of freedom in the Second World War. He quoted from your great poet Longfellow:
Sail on, O Ship of State!

Here is the 3 points of the treaty that Mr. Monckton was speaking of:
38. The scheme for the new institutional arrangement under the Convention will be based on three basic pillars: government; facilitative mechanism; and financial mechanism, and the basic organization of which will include the following:

(a) The government will be ruled by the COP with the support of a new subsidiary body on adaptation, and of an Executive Board responsible for the management of the new funds and the related facilitative processes and bodies. The current Convention secretariat will operate as such, as appropriate.
This is serious buisness folks and if you think that all will be okay, I feel very sorry for you. These people don't care about you or the enviroment. All they care about is the power and control that they get and take.
